Processing Time

Once you place an order with Two Bros Cookies, we begin preparing it for shipment. Our processing time is up to 4 business days after we receive your order. During this time we bake, pack, and quality-check your cookies to ensure they arrive fresh.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard/First-Class or Ground Advantage service (or similar), with typical transit time of 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. from the date we hand over the package to the carrier. 

Please note: the exact arrival time may vary depending on origin/destination zip codes and external factors.

Expedited / Overnight Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

If you’d like faster delivery, we offer the option to upgrade to next-day/overnight shipping via:

  • USPS   Priority Mail Express® — guaranteed 1-3 day service for most U.S. addresses.  
  • FedEx Overnight services (such as First Overnight®, Priority Overnight®, Standard Overnight®) — delivery next business day by as early as 8 a.m. to many locations.  
  • UPS Next Day Air® services (Early, Standard, Saver) — delivery times as early as 8:00 a.m. or by end-of-day next business day.  

If you select the expedited option during checkout, we will ship your order as soon as possible after processing (within the 4 business-day processing window), and you will be charged the additional shipping cost for the upgraded service.

 

Important Notes & Conditions

  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed for standard shipping; carriers may experience delays due to weather, logistics or other factors.
  • For overnight/express services, the carrier’s guarantee and cut-off times apply (depending on origin/destination).
  • Please provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
  • If you have selected expedited shipping, but the carrier fails to deliver within the promised timeframe, please contact us and we will assist.
